the webs spider
Taking a walk has always been one of my favorite things to do. It soothes my mind and helps me realize there are so many things to observe, even if I’ve passed them countless times before. There’s always something new to notice.
For example, there’s this house a few blocks away from mine. Near it, I once noticed a medium-sized spider that always made me shiver just by looking at it. It was weaving its web, and at first glance, the web was about twice the size of the spider. Honestly, I didn’t stop to look too closely—who would want to? It’s hard to resist imagining that a medium-sized spider might suddenly jump at you or bite you.
But what makes it amazing is that a few days later, I passed by the same spot during the day and something made me stop and stare. The web had grown—massively. It was now a hundred times bigger than the spider itself, completely filling the plant. This moment could hold a different meaning, depending on how you look at it.
So, I’ll leave it here, with your own thoughts to ponder.
